FAQ

1. Q: What does LED stand for?

A: LED stands for Light Emitting Diode.

2. Q: What is the difference between an incandescent bulb and an LED?

A: Incandescents create light by filament. When power is applied, the filament glows, generating heat, in turn, producing light.

LED is more efficient and energy saving by creating light though a “cold process”- When power is applied to semiconductors (usually gallium, arsenic and phosphorus), they’re stimulated by the movement of electrons; thus creating photons, the light that is visibly seen by humans.

3. Q: Why do LEDs use such little power?

A:LEDs produce very little heat and do not use filaments, so the energy transfer to light is more efficient.

4. Q: How long do LEDs last?

A: With good quality, LED Lighting can last for more than 50,000 Hours before it loss 30% its Lumens. As LEDs get older, they tend to dim and fade but aren’t susceptible to blinking like incandescent or fluorescents.

5. Q: How do you evaluate LED products?

A:There are 3 important factors to LEDs: system efficiency, optical control, thermal management.

6. Q: What are advantages of SUPERTEK LEDs?

A: Good quality, Factory Price and Various Approvals, including DLC, ETL.

7. Q: How’s your price of LED lightings?

A: As manufacture and exporter, we are able to offer very modest factory price to buyers.

8. Q: How’s your quality of LED Lightings?

A: Supertek offers 5 years warranty for all of our LED Lightings. The lifespan is estimated more than 50,000Hours. Our good Quality is based on: High efficiency system, excellent optical control with selected driver, high efficiency thermal management by special designed heat sink, strict quality in produce procedure.
